The position will entail working with the order fulfillment team to blend and package teas, manage inventory, order goods and supplies, fill and deliver wholesale orders, developing tea blends, and sourcing and sampling teas.
Hire must be able to work for long periods on their feet. Hire must have good taste and olfactory sensory perception, and they may be evaluated as part of the interview process. Candidates should have general understanding of physical chemistry, specifically how it relates to tea processing.
Position starts as a part time wage position and has potential to grow into a full-time competitive salary position as apprentice takes over as teamaster. Teamaster candidate must be able to travel internationally occasionally. Ideal teamaster candidate will have language skills in Hindi, Japanese, and/or Chinese.
