The Operations Manager position assists the President with the management of the entire company.
Responsibilities may include, HR management, scheduling, coaching, project management, strategy, budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting, marketing, regulation compliance, quality assurance, and development while fulfillment of the company's purpose and mission.
Candidate must have relevant management experience, knowledge of the coffee & tea industry, attention to detail, self-motivation, and be quality-minded.
